SmartHauz isn’t a one-off installer. Once your system is designed and installed, we stay with it, so you don’t have to troubleshoot, Google, or hand it off to someone who wasn’t part of the build.

How to reach us

The fastest way to reach support is by email. Every message goes directly to the team that designed and installed your system.

Please include your name, project address, and a short description of the issue. A photo or short video often helps us diagnose faster.

What to expect

  • Most requests receive a response within one business day.
  • Urgent issues (no power, no network, security system offline) are prioritized.
  • When remote diagnosis isn’t enough, we schedule a site visit with the same team that built your system.

Service plan support

Clients on a SmartHauz service plan receive proactive system monitoring, firmware and software updates, and scheduled check-ins. Most issues are caught and resolved before they become disruptions.

If you’re on a plan and something needs attention, email us as usual. Your account is flagged for priority handling.

Not a client yet?

We don’t provide support for systems we didn’t design or install. If you’re looking for a firm to take over an existing system or start fresh, the best first step is a Discovery Call.
